New Recipe Ideas with Massey Honey

A broad range of color, aroma, and flavor can be found in honey varietals—as it has been for thousands of years. The culinary scene around the country and on the west coast in particular has embraced this variety by using local honey to add flavor distinctives to libations and food.  We hope to help further this rediscovered love of honey, providing a venue for introducing new uses for and benefits of honey in food and drink. On this site, we will discuss the forms and varieties that honey can take (e.g., crystallized honey is a good thing) and how to use them in simple recipes. Please enjoy our recipes for using raw Massey Honey in cocktails, espresso drinks, desserts, and hors d’oeuvres.
