A rare bittersweet honey with a nutty aftertaste. Considered a savory honey, our raw almond honey is extracted following winter almond blossom pollination in Central California and cross-pollinated with native wildflowers. This honey has a darker hue and a unique caramel sweetness. It has popular uses in baking, or paired with a hard cheese.
This limited honey is all natural and raw, and never heated or filtered. Please keep at room temperature. If crystallization/granulation is observed, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water for twenty minutes to re-liquefy.
