A rich and smooth honey with a woody, caramel taste, our eucalyptus honey is sourced from bees pollinating blue gum eucalyptus trees. The trees provide a wonderful floral source for the bees during the winter months.

Eucalyptus honey has many therapeutic and health benefits and has a darker, golden color and sweet flavor. Hints of menthol can be tasted.  Best used as a sweetener for teas, drinks, and cocktails.

This honey is all natural and raw, and never heated or filtered. Please keep at room temperature. If crystallization/granulation is observed, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water for twenty minutes to re-liquefy.
