2022 Overwintered and Spring Nucs – SOLD OUT – Overwintered Nucs available for Pre Order January 2023

Looking to start a hive? Adding more hives to your apiary? Replacing an existing hive? Our starter hives come as a 5-frame nuc. These hives are supplied in a weather-proof cardboard material. All bees come from gentle, local stock. All nucs are overwintered and proven with an excellent temperament. These premium colonies are raised and adapted to a Southern California climate. 

Nucs are ideal for the beginning beekeeping or those looking to add another hive to their apiary.

One nuc is comprised of:

• 1 gentle queen
• 2-3 frames of capped and open brood
• 1 frame of pollen
• 1 frame of honey

Available for local pickup from our warehouse in north Orange County. Nucs are prepared for easy, hassle-free transport. Exact date/time provided after the time of purchase.
